Terms and Conditions Related to EU & EPSO Exams

1. We do our utmost to comply with EPSO's, TestWe’s and other remote proctor's requirements. 

2. We are not responsible for new requirements or last-minute changes by the remote proctoring company that was not known at the time of booking.

3. We ensure that you will get access to a studio room, a fully functioning Windows computer, audio/microphone, a camera, AZERTY or QWERTY keyboard, and no disturbance in the rooms.

4. We cannot rule out external noises such as roadworks or the sounds of a thunderstorm, but we do our best to keep the premises silent to the degree possible.

5. We make sure that other tenants of the office will not disturb your exam and your focus.

6. We guarantee the above only for the booked duration of your rental, which by default includes a pre-exam setup time and a post-exam buffer of 30 minutes in case of delays by the proctor.

7. We cannot guarantee the room and the above commitments if your EPSO exam is delayed beyond the above buffer. We'll nevertheless do our utmost to accommodate your needs.  

8. We provide 'business internet' using Proximus' cabled network and a backup 4G network in case the WIFI fails. We are not responsible for network outages beyond this service.

9. We do not have our own power generator and rely on Electrabel's electricity, but we do have an Uninterruptible Power Source (UPS) linked to the modem and the computers in case of a 10-15 minute power cut.

10. We decline any responsibility for any issue not covered above, e.g. vis maior, unforeseeable events, general power outage, flood caused by unexpectedly heavy rainfall etc.

11. All responsibility beyond the provision of the premises, computer, software required by EPSO/TestWe/etc., audio, and internet remains exclusively with you as candidate.

12. We decline all responsibility for your exam performance and for any circumstance that has any real or perceived impact on your exam performance.

13. We provide on-call staff in case you have any technical issues during the exam.

14. We offer coffee/water but no catering is included.
