Ambiorix Center is fully equipped to provide you with anything you may need for an EPSO tests, in a premium and professional environment. In case of a power outage the internet and the computer remains powered, this is ensured by an Uninterruptible Power Supply in every webinar/studio room and for the central internet modem.

Spaces:

• no external items in the room

• computer (with an updated Windows software)

• flexible camera with built-in microphone (so you can show the room to the proctoring software)

• mouse or touchpad

• standard sized screen

• keyboard (as per your request AZERTY or QWERTY)

• comfortable chair and table

The fee is a one-time 250 EUR (with VAT), which includes all the following:

• pre-exam testing on a separate date (we will offer you a day 2-5 days before the exam, as per TestWe's requirements)

• availability of the exam studio for the full duration of your exam (starting 30' before)

• same configuration of the computer for the pre-exam test as on the exam day

• secure, cabled internet

• backup 4G connection (in case the Proximus cabled connection fails, though it's never happened until now)

• uninterruptible power source (in case of power cut, up to 20 minutes)

• a glass of water, coffee, and some encouraging words ✌️

Computer and IT Hardware technical details:

• 6 Computers : 3 Desktops and 3 Laptop with Intel i5 processor, 8GB Memory and up to date Windows 10/11. (Dell, Hewlett Packard, Lenovo)

• 8 Full HD (1920 x 1080 resolution ) flat screens (Lenovo Thinkvision, Samsung, Dell)

• Wired or wireless Internet solution, with fail safe 4G data and battery power backup system.

• Peripherals: Various professional HD webcams, 6 AZERTY and 6 QWERTY keyboards, various types of computer mice, microphones, conferencing speaker, noise cancelling headphones
