Salon and adjacent office room with a terrace

  • from 350 euros per half day

Exclusive use of the event center’s ground floor / meeting room spaces including a deluxe furnished hall accommodating up to 40 people, an adjacent office space suitable for catering needs and a stylish terrace.

Our staff is available to organize lunch, drinks, reception, or hosts for your events, and assist you with your logistical needs.

Our technical equipment includes: TV screen, Logitech C920 PRO HD webcam, Professional studio lighting, YETI table microphone, 2 flipcharts

Boardroom downstairs

  • from 85 euros per hour

  • from 300 euros per half day

This elegant room provides the perfect setting for small private meetings, one-on-one coaching or interviews accomodating up to 15 people.

Coffee, tea, water and some snacks included in the price.

Studio rooms

  • 145 euros per an exam no longer than 4 hours

Our three studio rooms are quiet and feature a PC computer or laptop, 19-inch external screen, broadband internet connected via cable to ensure a robust connection, studio lighting, and high quality webcams, microphones and headsets all compatible with the EPSO requirements. These rooms are frequently used by EPSO candidates to undertake their interviews and computer based tests. The price includes an additional 30 minutes prior to the exam to do the setup with the help of a colleague. Available Monday to Friday between 8am - 20pm.

Cancellation policy

Once confirmed you may cancel free of charge up to 15 days prior to the event. In case of cancellation 15-5 days prior to the event 30% and under 5 days 100% of the cost of hire will be charged.
