What is Ambiorix Center?
Ambiorix Center is an elegant office and event space at the very heart of Brussels’ EU district. Two large deluxe furnished halls accommodating up to 60 people, an office space suitable for catering needs, podcast studio, webinar and EPSO/EU exam studio rooms, spacious meeting rooms suitable for hybrid events and live streaming, and a stylish terrace are an ideal location to host events, meetings, in-house trainings or receptions. We provide professional assistance, on-demand catering, and equipment to make sure your event is a success every time.

MAIN ROOM - The cosy heart of the Ambiorix Center, the Main Room is excellent for any event, for up to 50 people. Be it seated or standing, our catering services and PA sound system with accompanying microphones ensure the best experience

FIRST STUDIO ROOM - This private meeting room is equipped with high-quality AV equipment and lighting for your webinars, EPSO exams, Interviews, or remote testing
BOARD ROOM - Our smaller, but equally cosy downstairs meeting room can be converted into a quiet space for private meetings or webinars for up to 15 people
AMBIORIX GARDEN - On shiny days our renovated Garden and rear terrace is ready to accomodate you and your events. Our catering services are ready for you to make the experience better if needed (See Technical Details below.)
SECOND STUDIO ROOM - Equally to the previous one, this is an excellent space for webinars & EPSO exams is also equipped with everything you need for a great and calm experience. (See Technical Details below.)
PODCAST STUDIO - A Professional podcast and video studio equipped with all-around soundproofing to ensure top-quality recording experience. Our PTZ and wide angle camera setup is ready to accommodate up to 3 speakers recorded in Full HD. Perfect for creators who need a quiet, controlled environment to produce flawless content.

Ambiorix Center is fully equipped to provide you with anything you may need for an online meeting, hybrid event, live streaming, EPSO tests and other needs, in a premium and professional environment. In case of a power outage the internet and the computer remains powered, this is ensured by an Uninterruptible Power Supply in every webinar/studio room and for the central internet modem Along our professional recording and podcast studio, every studio room can be equipped with the following technical tools:

Wired or wireless Internet solution, with fail safe 4G data and battery power backup system.

NOTE: we have a network of live streaming experts if you need help with broadcasts or hybrid events.
